Refund Policy
Service-Based Model
Since we offer consulting services, refunds are handled based on service usage, not physical goods.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable if the client cancels the service within 7 days of payment and no major work has begun.
Partial Refunds
If partial work has been delivered, refunds may be issued after deducting applicable charges for time and effort invested.
No Refund for Completed Work
Once a project or consultation is fully delivered, no refund will be processed under any circumstance.
Advance Booking Fees
Any advance or booking fees paid to secure dates or sessions are non-refundable.
Custom Projects
Custom consulting solutions, strategies, or documentation created specifically for a client are non-refundable after initiation.
Cancellation Requests
Clients must submit written refund/cancellation requests to support@abc.com within the eligible period.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements, we encourage clients to first contact our support team for resolution before initiating any external dispute.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with immediate effect.
